Should New York Loosen Vaccine Requirements?

There's a bill working its way through the New York State legislature which bring California's "philosophical exemptions" to New York. The bill has already been referred to Committee in the Senate but not in the Assembly. However, several Democrats are co-sponsoring a version in the lower house so expect it to end up there soon.
